All sales are final. Since we’re a small operation, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the issue is on us (wrong item, defect, or damage).

If your order shows up damaged or incorrect, email us at info@boozyfox.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. 💸

Please double-check sizes and details before ordering. We don’t offer size or color swaps, but our product descriptions include handy sizing charts to help you pick the right fit.
